An exploration of new UK plant based textiles produced by Studio VIN + OMI

For our collection, STING, we produced a pioneering new textile made from waste nettles from Prince Charles’ Highgrove Estate. STING also features : Latex from V + O’s Malaysian plantation : Repurposed vinyl advertising from Ocean Outdoors : Jewellery made from Highgrove willow and Daler-Rowney waste paint tubes : Denim destined for landfill repurposed and screen printed with Daler-Rowney : Appliqué badges made from V + O UK Linen : Print garments made from rPET textile produced from Daler-Rowney recycled plastic paint tubes : No kill llama fleece clippings are also used in some of the knitwear
