FUTURE FLOWERS

Our Future Flowers collection is a combination of collaborations and innovations. We launch our Bog Cotton textile made after a suggestion from HRH The Prince of Wales while walking around the Castle of Mey estate. Our new bog cotton fabric was made into flowers and a smooth wool-like textile. Our collaboration with Team GB and Ocean Outdoor saw the recycling of Olympic athletes kit and recycling advertising vinyl ( worn on the catwalk by Team GB athletes ) . We launched our new copper foil fabric made from waste copper wire clippings from the construction industry. Printed fabrics were made from waste paint tubes from Daler-Rowney. Our no-kill llama and sheep fleece ( seasonal clippings from pet animals ) was dyed with our natural plant dyes . Our growing range of recycled plastic textiles is made from ocean and river plastic salvaged via our VIN + OMI Foundation clean up schemes. Our rPET fabrics are bonded to strongly reduce microfibre release. We also showcased our new recycled neoprene fabric, made from eco coloured-stripped wetsuits. Jewellery and headpieces were made from waste expanding foam.
